As a certified specialist in this area, I can provide you with the genetic test to uncover your individual needs. Based off those results I can build a personalized fitness and nutrition program removing all the guesswork to help you achieve your goals.

ACE Certified Group Exericse Instructor

Today's group fitness landscape is as energized and diverse as the students and instructors moving and building community together in studios everywhere. As an ACE Certified Group Exercise Instructor, I have the ability to design and lead dynamic and fun classes in a variety of disciples (cycling, strength, circuits, bootcamp, step, aqua, HIIT, etc) with an emphasis on safe and effective movement for all participants at various levels. 

TRX Qualified Coach

Qualified TRX Coach; ability to train clients and coach classes using the TRX Suspension Trainer.

LES MILLS

I hold a number of Les Mills certifications in various programs, allowing me to diversify my group exercise teaching and providing some of the best classes on the market.  I am a member of the Les Mills United States National Assessor team for certification.

BODYFLOW (Advanced Instructor Status): a yoga-based class that will improve mind, body and life. Strength the entire body and leave feeling calm and centered.
