4-Week FIT is a On-Demand Fitness Program designed to fit into every day life and help blast fat and see results!
This program is 5x/week, 30 minutes/day.
Each workout is unique and all are accessible via ON-DEMAND.
Once registered, you will gain access to the Melissa Miles Fitness app, where you will have direct access to the full workout calendar and workouts. You will have measurement and goal tracking tools.

Virtual One-on-One Personal Training. All Virtual Sessions are 45 minute in length.
ZOOM platform will be utilized for training sessions. A webcam and microphone are required for these sessions for trainer to view form and technique and insure safe, effective movement.
Session 1 will be a goal-setting session, as well as discussing injuries, physical limitations, available equipment, etc.
All sessions will be designed specifically to help you meet your goals.
Will include access to Melissa Miles App for tracking measurements, goals and accountability.

Melissa Miles Fitness will provide you with a 4, 6 or 8 week program that you can complete on your own, whether in the comfort of your own home, or at the gym.
You will be provided access to the Melissa Miles Fitness App where full program is accessible, along with tools for tracking measurements, goals and direct messages to the trainer.
These packages include an initial 20 minute video chat to discuss goals, injuries, limitations and available equipment.
The trainer will then develop a custom program for you to access within 72 hours.
These programs will include video tutorials for exercises.

In-Home 1-on-1 Personal Training (Marana & Tucson area only)
All In-Home Sessions are 60 minutes in length.
Trainer will travel to you fully equipped for training sessions.
Session 1 will be a fitness assessment along with goal setting session.
